It's difficult to say that a type 2 TH could not have been used. Most of the data I have seen, along with known orginals in this range however suggest the type IV would be more likely.

Thanks again. A guy can always hope, can't he Actually, I am looking to trade the type II for a type IV, so eventually one will go in there.
