The sight finally arrived and I was able to get a better look at it. It does appear to be a Redfield 70 sight mounted to a mounting plate that Redfield made for "no drill" mounting on a No.4 Enfield. I took a few pics of it next to a PH 5C sight





The Redfield 70 sight appears to be a sight made for a flat sided receiver of some type.
