Thanks for all the info as well as the NSN. I have photos of a pair of SUIT pouches similar to the one on the left in the photo above, but the NSN seems to be a bit different, and the one I own has no NSN visible at all. They're both hard to read, but what I can make out looks like 1247-99-1??-4?35.

On a related note, is there any sort of commercially available 'magic decoder ring' for obsolete NSNs? It would make steering the guys to the right stuff so much easier!
