Circled P without serifs and small ordnance wheel?

Thanks for the replies, but I'm confused. What would small cross cannons be doing on a Winchester stock? And does anyone else see a second serif P?

Simple, it is not a Winchester stock. It is a WWII SA stock that has had the cartouches and proof P sanded off and rebuild stamps applied in thier place. The bottom of the grip did not require much sanding so the small crossed cannons are still there.
