    Yours is serial number E95838 1944 Receiver assembled with 1943 woodwork.

    Mine is E1325. 1942 Receiver assembled with 1943 woodwork

    Perhaps Late '42 vs Early '44.

    Yours looks in better condition.

    Paul I would suggest your rifle E1325 was assembled second half of 43.
