Last two.
First one I think is fake, second one I think is real.

I 'think' they're both real, keving138. They're easier to judge when you're holding them in your own hands, but the weave and tip of the top photo look authentic to me. I haven't seen a fastener like that one first hand on an early sling, but as I said in my first post I've heard there were some with 'lift the dot' etc stamped -just most are plain with only the dot. Can you show a photo of the back where the fastener is crimped?
Maybe Bill Ricca will be by and take a look. He's the best authority on slings (and about every other part and accessory) I know of and has handled more than most anyone.

Thanks for all the info, I will have to get some pictures of this sling up soon. I have a hunch its a real sling, but you guys will have to see it to tell me for sure. I am in the middle of moving and dont have internet at home yet. The carbine it came on was bought at a local gun store by myself, it is a stone mint original condition 6.930 million Inland(3-45 barrel) that is handstamped 1. It came with two NOS condition stock pouches, the sling and 4 mags. I will start a new thread to show it off in the next few weeks when I get internet back at my new house.

I've been told by some that "black" finish on the C-tips isn't correct. Also, most have the tips crimped a bit flatter than yours. I've got one that some say is OK, others disagree.
