Highwood stock is nice. Parts changed, rear sight & type 3 band, suggests a rebuild. When you receive it, look for an import stamp on the barrel.
No matter what, $525 is a really good price.

I'm with Jim, highwood stock is a plus. Pics of the slingwell, and by the oiler slot right side willl help. Anyway in todays market a carbine for $525 is a deal. Congrats.....Frank

Great buy. I really like that stock, looks like an IO in sling well. Wonder what those 3 notches in the handguard signify.

Howdy Guts! Welcome over here. It will go well with your retro AR build! I actually prefer shooting my Inland M1
Carbine to my ARs, but don't tell them on the ARFcom, retro forum!
