interesting no4 mk2
Found a supposed new in the wrap 1955 no4 mk2 locally. $2000. Also has a no4 mk1 bsa with oiler pull through and a bandoler of commercial ammo for 1200. Did prices suddenly go up with out me getting the memo, or is this guy nuts?

Nutty as squirrel poo, in my humble opinion. Then again, give it a couple of years...

A top price for new in the wrap on gun broker using an auction format sometimes gets to 1200, 600-1200 is all high but increasingly common.
A decent but common type of No4 should be 100 plus or minus of $350
These are all USA
located rifle prices
Find out what he's smoking, or ... maybe he paid these kind of prices for his rifles, in which case I have a closet full I can sell him, lol.
btw, gunbroker is a great way to monitor prices, and Enfield Resource.com | Best Lee Enfield Rifle site 2011 is a great links site for everything enfield.
Milsurps remains the greatest enfield forum around, lol.

Not gold wrapped. Better, it's plastic wrap
I'm so getting in on these super cheap prices. Where the hell have I been, I mean it's even local to me I'd be in heaven. Add the letter T to the end and a good no32 scope and mount and I'll talk. I'll hunt the link for this one up so everyone else can get in on the good laugh. Damn near peed myself.

Was the guy selling Willie Wonka's chocolate bar GOLD CERTIFICATE ? I think he needs to click his heels together and leave the land of Oz (no offence to our "down under" buddies).

He wants to get the price they'll be five or ten years from now, so he won't feel bad then.
