I've had three of them. Back in the 80s I was buying Olympic Arms Schuetzen Gun Works (SGW) named after Brian Schuetz and had 13 at one time. I was buying them as parts kits and assembling them like it was cool! I have two Olympic Arms and two CMMG ARs. One CMMG is CMMG in receiver only and the top end, stock and guts are all Olympic Arms. I have always contended that Olympic was the best AR out there and that, I feel was the case at least until recently. I know there are a number of top quality AR makers out there now and CMMG is one. There are so many being made now that one can not keep up. In the last few years I have tried to purchase from Olympic Arms and they won't even talk to anyone from Kaliforniev anymore. They won't even ship and replacement roll pin here

The XM15 is a flame thrower when shooting in low light and the flash is so bad they make horrible entry guns.
