I went to Sacramento today to see the Calif Rail Road museum. Walking around the Old Town area I saw the Calif Military Museum. Went in, by the way free to vets, to look around. Items from the Civil War to current. In a showcase was Garand icon

serial number 137 in excel condition..

I went there years ago and saw that Garand icon

also. That is one of the best little museums I've been to. Another good one is in Branson, MO. IIRC there is a Spitfire out front.
