Garand 137
I went to Sacramento today to see the Calif Rail Road museum. Walking around the Old Town area I saw the Calif Military Museum. Went in, by the way free to vets, to look around. Items from the Civil War to current. In a showcase was Garand
serial number 137 in excel condition..

I went there years ago and saw that Garand
also. That is one of the best little museums I've been to. Another good one is in Branson, MO. IIRC there is a Spitfire out front.
