First we should find out if it is a U.S. G.I receiver. Next look at the lug on the op rod to see if it is square or rounded out. Next is to make sure the barrel is index properly. If all of these check out the receiver may be worn out.
I ask if it is G.I. because this is a common problem for the C.A.I. after market receivers.Information
