As a dedicated Yugoslav collector, I would love to have one but have never seen one for sale.
I'll provide some info on the chance you don't know or so that others might benefit if you do.
The 1.TRZ stands for Tehnicki Remontni Zavod. That would be Technical overhauling institute #1. It was(is?) located in Cacak Serbia as early as 1944 and was believed to be in operation as late as 2005. They are believed to be solely concerned with stock work. Unlike other shops, this one only has it's stamp set in wood.
Back to the MN44s, the Yugoslavs never issued or used them although there were some MN44s in service with Yugoslav Mountain Cavalry from 1944-47. In 47 the mismatch of weapons were withdrawn from service and Mausers were issued. (these were special Mauser24/47 "Carbines" with the secondary side swivels.
