Since Matt has the duplicating machines and CNC controled routing equipment... seems to me that he (or another company of similar type) could mass produce the conversion inserts just as easily as the whole new grip... FYI... If a source for these new piles of MkI grips can manage to convert a quantity... I'd be interested in 5-6.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. If a quantity of MkI grips are modified to Mk2... Yes, I'm quite serious in my desire to procure/transact business for 5-6 of them... a few of the light colored (is it Beech) ones would be really nice too along with the standard walnut.

The only ones in quantity I have ever seen have been Enfield beech made MKI pistol grips modified to MK2.

    They have all been unissued.
