Unusual cartridge/axe carrier belt and suspenders

Looks like a Swiss Pioneer Belt. Try a Clip of 7.5 in the pouches.....

Further information. Pouch is tapered with dimension of 2 1/4 x 7/16 inches at top, tapering to about 1 1/2 at bottom. Pouch is 2 1/4 inches deep. 7.5 Swiss cartridge is longer than 3 inches. Rivets and leather strap used to attach hatchet sheath to belt is the same as belt indicating all of it was built at the same time.

I have a belt almost identical to it minus the pouches. When I bought it, it was advertised as a "Sam Brown belt". That is all. I know nothing more about it.
