When you're shouldering the gun ready to fire, make sure your forward hand isn't accidentally gripping the op-rod. It took me a several shots to figure out why I could feel something moving every time I pulled the trigger.... DOH!

Also, check whether the ferrule on the forend of the stock is a nice snug fit in the barrel band. If the stock is loose there may be some vertical slop which will seriously affect accuracy.
