Hello everyone,
Just an old guy in Texas trying to find some info on a few few items. Not much knowledge on military stuff, but glad to be among like minded folks.
Cheers, Bill

Hi,
I live just a few km/miles from the old Ross Rifle factory, so naturally my main interest is Canadian
and Brithish military rifles, 19-20th century era. Glad to join your ranks!

Hello to everyone.
I am just starting to again, collect old milsurps. I love the carbines and semiautos with the occasional long rifle. Back sucks, so hunting is out, but I can still punch paper real good. Pleasure to be here !

Introduction
Hi all
I'm new and MILSURPS has asked me to introduce myself. So what do I say? I have read a lot of stuff that you all have had to say on different topics. All very usefull and interesting. I'm addicted to 303 enfields, all sorts, military, commercial, sportized and anything that even hints of enfield, P14, M17, etc. I have an enfield #4 mk2 that I bought 42 years ago. Did a lot of hunting with it and decided to put it back to its military state. Thats done and have aquired two other sportized #1 mk111* and am putting those back to miltary status. thoroughly enjoying the whole thing. Thanks for listening! JD

Another new guy here.
I love M1
Carbines and use this forum as a reference (as well as some others) because unlike most of you guys I know next to NOTHING about the surplus military world.
Much like a small child I am wide eyed and wondrous at all the info I pick up [most of it too late after I've already made an expensive mistake !]
Cheers
