Need help with translation on sling

What I found out so far

第三〇一三設　第参號 3013rd Construction Unit (probably) No.3

the left now in order to read it. 第 is read as "dai".

三 is 3
０　 is zero
一 is 1

The 3013th...

Second to last character 參 has several meanings: coming, going, three, visiting...

Last character 號 is pronounced "go" and has several meanings: make, model, number, part of that group...





my references showing that #3013 was for the 103rd Naval Construction Unit under the 35th Army in the Philippines. Definite connection I could not tell you, but interesting imo. Too bad there is no code kanji above the number--it would have provided further support to this poss. connection.
