    Thanks Mike they look good.

Wish I could learn how to do that................

BTW, when I shoot HXP or something similar, this thing is a tack driver, very accurate.

I have tried lead and ..................not so good, but I will keep developing and see what i can find

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. In Thumpers 5th photo posted my Mike D, the one of the N^Z markings, it looks like there are one, possibly two N^Z stamps faintly visible under the clear one, one of them, the top of the 'N' and the faint top of the broad arrow can be seen left and down of the main stamp what do you guys think? seems to me the stock was sanded and remarked by the NZicon forces.

Good eye my friend, I see it also, and it's mine. Just never looked that close

The arrow with the tail feathers................didn't I see somewhere once that they indicated that was Air Force [NZicon] ?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

Never heard of that one. Royal New Zealandicon Air Force SMLE's are often found with Butt Discks marked 'RNZAF' and a base name or the abbreviation of one.

Is it my imagination, or do I see the faint outline of two proof in front of the front action screw, like they were mostly sanded away?
