American Helmet 'Time-Line'

One more thing I meant to add -

My old friend, Jim (JimF4M1s) got Jim's (BAR) helmet from him and sent it to me as a gift! When I received it I was blown away.


After I removed the helmet from the box, I heard something else inside the box and it was Jim's (JimF4M1s) knife from Vietnam! I tried to get him to take it back, but he wouldn't let me and told me that he got another one when he re-enlisted for another tour. This is one of my most prized possessions, and if my house was on fire it would be one of the things I know I'd grab.

I keep it on the shelf near my Vietnam era helmets. You don't get much cooler than this!
