Guys, just look slowly at the 1943 (the mark is actually 1943 with a cyrillic "G" tagged on)
Look at the 3.
Now look at the supposed 3C1217
Note how the "3" is strongly curved.
It is NOT a 3, but a cyrillic "Z" (as in "zoo")

SO the romanized version would actually be ZS1217

Which makes it a plausible number.
