Hey Guys,
I am new here. Just registered. Been collecting for the last 25 Years before that couldn't afford to collect anything because of raising kids. Now all the kids are grown and I am having the time of my life collecting WW2 1911a1's; M1
carbine's and a few lugers once in a while. If I can ever help anyone just drop me a line. Welcome home all you Viet Nam vets - Dont forget to thank a vet, he's the reason we can enjoy this hobby.
Yours in Collecting,
Tom (45TAA45)

Hello,
I'm new to this site. I am interested in surplus military weapons and uncovering the history of each one that I get. I am a small time collector and currently have about 30 weapons, about 50% surplus military, 30% rifles and shotguns from the 1930 - 1950 era and 20% modern day stuff.
I have a class 3 FFL and look forward to gaining some new insight from the knowledgeable folks here. The internet has opened up a whole new world to the collector and has a wealth of information. Thanks for letting me into your community.

Hello,
I am a new member who is particularly interested in collecting and shooting Springfield M1903A3, Colt M1911A1 and Enfield No4's. I specifically joined to find out more about the M1903A3 as they are very uncommon over here. I would like to build a repro M1903A4 on an original A3 and was wondering if any members have any direct experience with the M1D repro scope offered by Numrich and if they can be used with the no gunsmithing type mounts.
I would be pleased to hear from anyone willing to share they're experience.
Thanks
