A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Dan, check out the back cover. Does the 3rd GI in the truck on the right have a gas trap or is it a launcher.

I love the GCA icon

Journal. Something is accepted as the truth and they find something that throws new light on an alternative. I'm talking about chromed ports on WWII rifles. "Good on ya" to those involved with that article.

Convention will be at Anniston, Alabama this October 9,10, and 11 2009. I was hoping to get all the information on the convention but that is all they have right now.

Guess they may send out alphabetically, as my last name ends in "W" I always seemto get my Journal at least a week after everyone else. By that time, after reading all the posts related to the new Journal, I know everything that is in it.
