It looks like a "sporterized" Fucile 91/41 that has been fitted with a much older bolt body from a Fucile 91 long rifle. Normal constant pitch rifling, not gain twist. "Restoration" is not possible, because of the chopped barrel, and would not make financial sense, even if it was possible. Get the crown cleaned up and see how it shoots, or pass it on.
