Just found this Milsurps.com in a round about way so I joined. It looks great.
Been a lover of older firearms ever since I can remember.

Jack
Hello, I have a LE MK4 #1, Parker Hale sported, have had it since 1967, and have been learning more about it. Also just got a 1915 DWM Luger & holster, with GI import papers (1946), I'm sure I will enjoy this site! Jack

Howdy all, I am new to this forum. There is a lot of intersting and helpful information put out by some very knowledgable people. I am mostly interested in World War II military firearms, and have been collecting for a few years.
Thanks

P59 Ammo Box
The P59 ammo box held four 25 pounder HE(high explosive) artillery shells. See the link below:
REL34736 - 25 pdr Ammunition Box | Australian War Memorial
The Quad artillery tractors that pulled the 25 pounder gun often had 2 P59 or P60 ammo boxes in them. We were looking for a P59 ammo box for our Quad. Would you like to sell it?

Howdy!
Hope y'all are having great weekends and enjoying the Olympics! Just joined the forum today and will be filling in profile information tonight. I've had an interest in older firearms for awhile and I'm hoping to start adding a few whenever I can. So far I have one AK-47 and one Carcano made by Beretta in 1931...near as I can tell anyhow. Finding out about the Carcano is what lead me here. I've been stoked to find out the caliber, hopefully buy some ammo, and light up a target or two.
Y'all take care!
