The Soviets gave away all sorts of old weapons to their allies. RC German K98's are among those sent to Vietnam.

WOW, what a price! I'd say at least double what it is worth, even in that nice a condition.
Yes, the papers look good. I've seen most of that paper work, but never all togather on one rifle. There is only one (1) form missing, that everyone got - the Viet Namese export form. That was mailed to the individual after he left country.
That rifle is Very unusual for an RC. All the parts are period correct for the date of the rifle.
I do not like the phosfate looking finish though. The ruskies did not do that type of refinish. They dip blued the metal. At least in 25 years of lookiing at RCs I've never seen one that if refinished (not all were), was other than dip blued.
