    Serial on receiver is BF69XX, Stock is G65XX, bolt G67XX. Has proper lightened bolt, Faz rear sight graduated to 800, lightened barrel, electro penciled receiver wall, etc. Could the 'varnish' just be dried cosmo or similar?Maybe dried up flaking off linseed oilicon?
