    Looks to be a 1963 version of the Type 2 NM rifle, based on the SA 7731035 3 63 barrel. This 77 series barrel was first used on the final 1963 version of the NM rifle. Can't tell from the photos but the rear sight base should be marked NM/2A and I believe the windage knob should also be marked NM. The front sight should be marked on the side "NM over 062". Also the last four digits of the rifle serial number should be written in white in the barrel channel of the stock and also on the floorplate of the trigger housing but this is sometimes removed during cleaning over the years.
    Contact CMPicon and see if they can verify it as a DCM sale. I think they charge $ 25.00 for this service.
