I am a new member, but not a new to military weapons. I just purchased a SC 1903-A3 and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I appreciate all the info that is available. Hi I own a British .455 Colt 1911 without RAF markings and am interested in their history. It seems that the Americans do not really collect them although they are rarer than their US army counterparts !

Hi everyone, I am Mike and I glad to be here. I love C & R weapons for many reasons, the first is that because we can own them for now! Second, there is just something about old school craftsmanship you just can't get these days. I am a vet and love to spend time in the woods with my mausers or shotguns, just depends on the season that is open.

I've lived here for about 10 years. Lived the first 60 years of life in Montana. (Yes, I know, I know ----- I fell in love with an Iowa woman [it's a long story.])
Have a few military pistols & rifles. Handload for the .303, 8mm & 9mm. The ammo
store provides the .30 Mauser & .380 auto.
Love to read, mainly 20th Century U.S. history. Retired hospital RPh.
