A minor historical correction: The 4 WWII jumps that Sgt. Maj. Plumley made were North Africa, Sicily, Normandy and Op Market Garden. There was another European combat parachute assault - 23.3.45 involving 6th Airborne Div. (British) and 17th Airborne Div. (US). Additionally, there were Pacific Theatre combat Parachute assaults as well, the most famous being the assault on the Island of Corrigador by the US 503rd Airborne Infantry Regt.

Well, at least I limited it to the Army jumps. Army.
