Ed, for all your ranting and raving over Smeads use of "YOUR" information (and i use the term "your "very, very loosely), I cannot see anywhere that you have given proper thanks, recognition and due credit to the original publisher of the information you now put forward and claim as yours. From what I can see, you have taken someone elses information in the form of manuals. You have COPIED them, and then published them on INTERNET fora general and now you are claiming that they are "yours". And should someone wish to copy the information COPIED by you, one should seek your permission to do so, acknowledge it as yours and then give thanks to you and pay homage.

Maybe I can be directed to a posting where you give due credit and thanks to the original publishers of the Enfield manuals that you have COPIED and acknowledge that you are merely COPYING someones elses works.

Still no real coherent response to the cartoon Ed !!
Seems I'm not the only one that didn't take it as racist.
Waiting for humour lesson class 101 Oh Humour Guru.

It is Ed today isn't it ??, or is it ?? Who are we today Ed ???
Or should I be directing this to Super Cordite man ??

Standing by for incoming tangent !!!

    1. Your missing the BIG picture, smead was taking the photos and illustrations I made in my postings and putting them in his own postings.

    2. You wouldn’t have the manuals in the first place if I hadn’t gone out and tracked them down and made them available for everyone.

    3. We have a lot of ungrateful people who like to thumb their noses at my efforts and trivialize how much work was involved in getting the books and manuals, these books and manuals were in private collections and I did NOT download them from the internet.
(It cost me $$$$ to get them here and in return all I get is Bovine Scat)

    4. We have many people who do not like the manuals because they are no longer the ones handing out the information.

    5. The Enfield Rifleicon is a stranger in a strange land here in the U.S. and there were only two Enfield manuals for download anywhere here until I brought them to the forums (95% of all Enfield manuals you see I dug up)

    6. Your back at your nit picking trolling behavior and what did I ever do to you, did I cut you off from my manual sticky or are you mad because you didn’t get any free beer.

Lets see who should I thank for the manuals, I know lets start with the Dutch and work down the alphabet

Please read the Welcome .... Please Read First! (click here) introductory post carefully, particularly the part that relates to posting.

The Enfield (or other firearms related forums) are not intended for off-topic disucssions or politically oriented rants. There is a separate forum titled 2nd Amendment and Political (click here) for that purpose.

Ed, with all due respect, would it also be possible to keep the extraneous pics to a minimum. ...... It would be appreciated.

Thank you for listening and we hope you enjoy the site, the CSP heritage and this fine brotherhood of collectors ....

No foul, just a respectful request to read the welcome introductory thread that appears at the top of every forum as a sticky, which helps guide all the new folks with the "rules of engagement" here ...

We only noted that you hadn't read it yet, which has since been done and we appreciate that ...

    Enjoy the forums ....

    Oh Ed....

I do see the big picture. You jump up and down when someone uses something of yours without credit and then you thrive on copying someone elses information with total lack of credit.
Ed's rule No. 1..... Ok for me but no one else.
You jump up and down about racism but you are quite OK with slighting Afro-Americans as "Blacks"
    Apply Ed's rule No.1 again.
    Hmmmm See a pattern here.

We, and you, would not have the manuals if some else hadn't written them but good on you for tracking them down. Well done.

Ungrateful people, nose thumbing, trivialization.... It's just your perception Ed, (It is Ed isn't it) I haven't seen any of it in any posts as such but you do seem to be able to see things that others don't see. "The Omnipotent eye"

People not liking the manuals is again just your perception Ed. Again, as above.

As for America being a "Strange Land", I wouldn't know for sure. Never been there but would like to one day. Wouldn't believe to much I see on TV and I would suggest that you shouldn't rely on "Quigely Down Under" as your reference on Australiaicon.
(Not sure of the name spelling. Help me out here Ed.)
Been a lot of other places though. Hell, if I get to Harrisburg, (a place named after long lost relos) It's my shout Ed.

(Just come as Ed though. SCM might be a bit much).

So you want to start at Dutch, that's OK. Go ahead and acknowledge all the hard work and effort put in by those originally producing the Manuals so that you could be able to cut and paste them here today.

Raining here Ed. Cold and crappy outside.
Thank God for the Internet. (Or whom ever deserves just credit for inventing it)

Hey... As a little side note, Elle would not be happy being associated with anything gun related. Hope you don't ever run into her in person.

This forum is not as wild as gunboards and like any large respectable airline requests only that we don’t spit tobacco on the carpeted floor and harass the passengers while flying. It will be hard controlling ourselves but I know we can do it, after all how many forums are we even allowed in at the present time.

Now be careful in the Enfield training exercises and don’t get shot in the head

I want to thank you for all the time and effort you are putting into being such a delightful little troll here.

I also want to thank you for having absolutely nothing to with anything related to the manuals, searching for the manuals, paying for the manuals or the material, photos and drawings in my postings.

Did I forget or did I thank you for being a troll and having nothing to do with this posting or the one at gunboards.

Well, there ya go Ed....and its good to see that you're well on the way to knocking this 'new' forum into shape....all us Enfield using Aussies are proud of you....

May your cordite be cool burning, your 303 headspace stay within limits, your coachwood forends not explode, your Enfield manuals stay free of moth damage and your aircraft maintenance manuals continue to gather dust in the corner.... (Old Australianicon greeting...)

    Ed. Ed. Ed. Ed .Ed

Or to whom ever you are at this point in time.....

It's worrying to me that you are now forgetting what you had written just a few lines previously. Try reading your post before you post it. It will help you with the memory lapses.
Its good that you are not afraid to ask for help.

No need to thank me mate . Just acknowledge and say thanks to all those that put the real effort into doing the original manuals that you now copy. Not that big a deal. They didn't have the benefit of cutting and pasting someone elses work. I know how much you hate someone taking credit for someone elses work. It is a bit low.

Oh Gawwwwd. You do know that you didn't write them don't you Ed ???
(It is Ed isn't it ??)

Don't worry about any of the other matters. I think all this is taking its toll on you.
(Or is that Troll on you)
