There is a man from my Church that was a mechanic in the AF. And he said he was in Thailand. One time I told his story to some guys on ARFcom (what little bit I knew of it) and the said he was lying or something because we were never "officially" there. Or something like that. I see that you have it on your box though. I wonder if you knew him. What did you do in the AF?

For ABPOS. Your friends were wrong. The AF had several bases in Thailand, Udorn and Ubon for two. We had both fighter bombers, recce and SAC stationed there from at least from 1966 until the end of the action.. Bill
