Guys selling it at the gun shows tell me that Tula and Wolf come out of the exact same factory. I broke an extractor a few years ago using Wolf and did notice it was a little dirtier. My older brother shoots mainly Wolf and Tula in his CMPInland, and about the only problems I've seen with his were a couple of rounds that fizzled (literally) because the primers were in sideways. The accuracy seems good with his, we were both busting clay pigeons easily at 50-55 yds. It makes sense that the Hornady cases are Russian
