Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

Even in the darkest days of soviet rule ... the first thing you noticed when crossing the East Germanicon/Polish border was that the women were (are) so much more attractive.

(PS. Hope the Po2 Polish glider instructor (-ess) hasn´t de-railed the thread!)

It's because the Eastern Europeans were always (?) so slim - or certainly not carrying the vast amounts of blubber that seems to be the norm these days. Have you walked around Oxford or Abingdon recently? I saw one whale this morning who wasn't just weighed down with rolls of it, but with the weight of the ink in her tattoos!

This thread never had rails. Might as well focus on the finer things in aviation...

Peter, you´ve put me off the finer things in life ....sickening! I remember when Brits were the skinniest people on earth. Think Jamie Oliver is to blame.

I could post pictures of Polish beauties from my travels however will refrain and keep them to myself. I am not sure my friends would appreciate their images on the internet....... Pity..
