    ive not got a lot , most of my blades are bayonets , but the few i have are :

    pocket knive with attachements my grandfather[fathers side] he was a manufacturing engineer with a major international pump company and i suspect it was a gift from a tool salesman , gave it to me in the late 50s it came with a zippered case that rotted away in poor basement storage and a tack hammer attachement my brother destroyed :>{

    found this in my other grandfathers tool box [mothers side] he was a machineist with a small manufacturing company , it was given to me after he died , its in pretty fair shape considering how it was treated , one of my favorite locking folders

    and the last of my 'knives' are a M3 case with leather handle and M8 scabord ,
    and a WWII KABAR-olean n. y. /USN mkII in a USN mkII gray scabord , this was my late father-in-laws , he was a comander in the navy , subs & the coral sea - 2 tours VN

    A Square 10,
    I dont mean to derail the thread, but from your pictures it looks like you've got a homemade gun cabinet of sorts.

    It looks very nice and professional, I especially like the way you've got the Carbine mounted intide the swinging door, but mounted quite securely.

    I dont suppose I could bother you to take a bunch of pictures of how it's build and post them in the general forum so that I can completely rip off your design concept and build one of my own

    Also, that second folding knife you posted, the one with the wooden handle... I dont know what it is about it, but it just looks like a very stylish and comfortable design... also looks like it's got some honest use under its belt, and you can't ask for anything more from a good knife.

    ill post some photos - i built the cabinets in my garage , in subzero weather , with a temp heater running , from scraps , years ago - i had sketches to guide me that i drew in my warm office , but they were not saved[at least i cant find them] i did layout everything to get them to work , but as most realize i underestimated my needs - they are too small ,

    they started off to be basic shipping crates , i thought that would show my rifles and bayonets off in a sympathetic way , but they took on a life of their own useing up 'stuff' id hoarded over the years and some scrap that was dimensionally challenged .........

    the base cabinet on my US side - right to left

    the US side upper section -

    the commonwealth side -[rotated 180 degrees ] on casters

    there are storage drawers below this side - full of parts ,

    then i built one for my "newer" stuff - both commonwealth and US ,

    the doors are an attempt to salvage space - but make a decent photo for the older rifles and bayos ,
