It's a bit of a swizz saying that the ones in the UKare new in the wrap because by definition, they have been partially uncovered, barrel cleaned/cleared, proof fired, proof stamped and then presumably wrapped up again! So unless the UK held ones are a private import, still with the original importer regrdless of whether he is a dealer or private individual, then they'll have to have gone through the proof house. Or am I missing something?
