Well, sure! I can call you whatever you wish. But your pistol is the from the first Argentine contract of any sort which was for outfitting the ship being built in the US for the Argentine Navy circa 1914. So it's not from the first Argentine Army contract!

It seems the Argentines shot their pistols quite frequently and in large volumes. Whether it was for training, giggles, or for matters more serious I don't know. But they surely have a high degree of not only finish wear but shooting wear and tear as well. Minor parts replacement is common. Barrels are often replacements or are in less than pristine condition.
The Argentines got the most out of their 1911 type pistols. Unlike the earlier Mannlicher pistols and many of their rifles, finding high condition Colts, 1927s and Ballister-Molinas is tough. (The Ballister variants seem to be the easiest of the lot, but many seem to have been refinished.)
