The only serial number is the first one, the one on the receiver. The rest are drawing numbers. The parts would have originally been Springfield manufacture and have through re-build been changed to other manufacture. That's normal for a rifle that was made before WW2 actually gained steam. The AA marking attests to that fact. The rifle caliber should be Cal .30, not the 13 digit number you have there. That's a federal stock number of some description. The International Harvester number is for another rifle. There is no "activator" number. You have a very confusing post. Maybe you could post some pics of the rifle, clear and up close and we can tell you more about it.
