Are these 30 round carbine mags legit?

The seller wants $60 each (a little less if buying several) and that seems a little steep to me.

Since they cost around 25-30 euros over here, that seems a lot of money to be paying on your side. Or is it the general "buy 30-round magazines before they are banned" panic setting in?
