The date in the crest is represents the date Tito established his governance of Yugoslavia. The Yugoslavs did not date stamp their rifles.
They also did not put the serial #s on bolt releases so that is a reused part from somebody elses rifle. The 2 digits on a minor part like that was likely just the last two digits of a weapons serial #. The Yugoslavs wasted nothing and made due with parts from any source that would work. I have seen waffenamt marked extractors on Yugoslav 24/47s.
The firing pin was salvaged from another rifle as well. The 2 digits on this could be the actual serial number of the rifle the pin came from- I have seen 1 and two digit serialed Yugoslav Mausers- or again just the last two digits of a weapons serial #.
