Nobody? I'm aware of the 1978 listing that Tom Bear has helpfully put on the web, but it seems to be referring to the earlier type of holdall with an oil can pouch underneath the pouch for the wallet - not the later type I've posted a picture of.

The Return of Wallets and Holdalls...
