I dunno... how many is a ****load? I only have 20 or so. I don't consider that to be very many
After all, I'm not a Mosin collector.

Heres the first: a dewat unfortunately, but then again I already have a live one. I'll be eventually trading this (I hope) towards a rare piece.
I also got a real nice Cooey 82, complete with peep sight and a brand new Woods mfgr Enfield sling.
After seeing the inflation on the military cooeys lately, I couldn't pass on this one, as it already had the upgrades. Come spring I'll drag it into the backyard and plink it a bit.
I'm hoping I didn't pay too much for my military Cooey...
What upgrades?
I saw a perfect non military stamped Cooey M82 at the Woodstock show for $150. However, with no stamps...
Is the Sterling cock and click? Brit?

Great snag - 1947 is the rarest production year after 1943

By upgrades I meant the rear peepsight and the Cdn sling. I paid $175 for this one, so I can live with that. It has the military stamps.
I just got the cert for it in the mail and sure enough, no serial number. If the sticker is on it, it must be under the wood as I don't see it.
The sterling is likely NZ or some other export as it has the crinkle finish. The Brit military ones were normally non-crinkle, I believe. It is cock and clunk.
