Mosin Nagants are still available at popular prices, don't know about the Carcanos. As to the Frenchit depends on your time period. World War 1 the French used the Lebel which was really already at least obselescent, and the Manlicher Berthier which was an improvement but still not really up to the competition. 8 mm ammo for those rifles is becoming quite hard to find. The Mas bolt rifles adopeted right before World War 2, and Mas semi autos adopted right after were good weapons and the ammo is more available.
Just remember, French bolt guns don't have safetys.
