you are not entirely correct about 27 CFR and the import or export of some particular parts. I import parts all the time from the EU and some require a one time free Form 6 and some do not. There is a number at the BATFE you can call about your part and what is required to have an export license if engaged in the business under 27 CFR or of a one time FREE approved Form 6 is required.

Also, have you thanked a Tennessean lately if your from Texas? I'm pretty sure you'd be parts of Mexico if we had not come down there and fought for the US... It's always great to be a part of the winning side.

Your dealer is not shipping because it's against US law without an export license.

You should be looking for a dealer with and export license instead of asking people to risk fines and/or going to jail.
