I just tested it and assuming you'd be using the standard Apple Safari browser built into the iPhone and iPad, it seems to work fine, although it's not the fastest processing platform I've ever seen ..

Just make sure to use a standard style and not the Mobile/Dial-Up Slow Connections special text oriented interface. You can select the style you want to use from the bottom left corner of the web site in the drop down box located there.

Click Manage Attachments as you normally would and choose the pic you want to attach from previous ones uploaded, or your iPhone/iPad will let you choose a picture from your "camera roll" stored on the devices.
