With the use of some heat stop paste, it seems feasible to locally heat and straighten the handle. Wouldn't hurt to turn a heat sink for the bolt's bore, either, but it ought not be needed if the heat is localized well. Acetylene torch with small tip.
That I could do but I'll just use an untouched bolt to return it to factory configuration. without the dust cover. Then, both halves match with a MM bolt. thanks..
