    A USMC Carbine with provenance:

My friend Colonel Stratton (Major at the time) purchased several weapons from the Marine Corps, this one a 7-43 Underwood, as you can see purchased in 1949 for $31.26! Only upgrade appears to be the adjustable sight, muzzle just a tick over 1.0, original stock with cartouche and 'S-HB/flaming bomb' in sling well. In a senior moment I shot a four round 2 MOA today. He was a Camp Perry shooter, perhaps he picked this carbine for a reason. Thought you might enjoy. Semper Fi, Don

I stand corrected. While the barrel is a 7-43 Underwood the receiver/SN is Standard Products. Thanks Tuna from the CSPicon forum.
