Second the comments about the 'LC52'. It might be the good stuff or it might be the Chinese corrosive. Wash out that barrel now and watch for orange rust starting anywhere on the gun where gases may have touched. As to the ammo, I had an old friend who was the best reloader/ammo maker that has ever been in my area, and he had the Blackhawk in .30 Carbine. I know he made special loads for it with faster powder to reduce muzzle blast, and he always shot lead. He made me a case of 'SS109'/M855 for my AR15 back in 1996. I shot a few just to check function and they were fine. Fast-forward to 2011 - I now have two different ARs than I had in '96, and I'm having touble with the one with 1:7 barrel twist getting below 3" at 100 with issue-type M855. So, I dug out the handloads he had made just for lack of anything else to try. Instant 1.25". This is a full-16", mid-length gas, full-stock (M16A1) flat-top with a 4X ACOG. Now that ammo that I ignored for years has become priceless to me. All the ammo I got from him was perfect. There will never be another like him around here.
