    1895/34 Steyr Manlicher

I just got an 1895 Steyr Manlicher from J&G for 95$! It is in very good shape as I can tell from a brief inspection at my FFL dealer. I have to wait until NJ does another background check. It now takes over two weeks. Then I can finally bring it home. A great bargain!

Whilst waiting for the rifle might as well round up some clips and ammo.

I think PRVI makes the cases and ammo*. Clips could be a problem.

Clips should be available on ebay. There is still surplus ammo floating around. I see it quite a bit at flea markets and such and it isn't priced to bad. If you find the surplus, the clips are with it.

I've been seeing the surplus ammo which is in 10 round boxes on two 5 round clips for anywhere from $5 to $11 a box so a bit cheaper that route. You get the clips plus 10 rounds to shoot.
