Nice and welcome to the most addictive line of military rifles. Lee Enfields are so varied and interesting and I always see some nice ones I would like south of the border.
Check out what Brian Dick
of BDL
has to offer, I see a couple I would like and only the pain of importing stops me. His prices are very good and here in Canada
Lee Enfields are going up in value on a very regular basis.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

thanks, yes very addictive. i collect enfields when they show up around here and really want a (T). i have started talking to brian at BDL
to get a (t). i also am very heavy in too modern remington bolt guns for accuracy and distance shooting with bull barrels.

If that is a Long Branch MkI "button" cocking piece on your Long Branch you might want to strip the paint off and put it away; they're worth a pretty penny now.

it is...alot easier to cock and that rifle is a shooter, 400 yards is no problem for it.
i have been wanting to put the long branch back into all original condition.
