Question about Rem 03A3 buttplate finish

OK, so parkerized Rem 03A3 buttplates are replacement. Who were they made by?

I dont know, but its hard to get a straight answer here sometimes.

... one thing to keep in mind is that Remington continued to produce A3 parts under a spare parts contract after "end of production".

Most of these parts will be found in a parkerized finish.
